当今社会,无论是什么岗位,基本上都需要通过面试才能入职,无论是做互联网的,还是做服务业的。一场成功的面试离不开熟练的专业知识,更离不开丰富的面试经验,在我所熟知的互联网行业尤其如此。

而对于没有毫无面试经验的新人来说,在遇到意向岗位的时候,如果有丰富的面试经验加持,拿到心仪offer的机会将大大提高。而丰富的面试经验需要时间的积累,也需要不断总结,而每次经验的获取,都是可遇不可求的机会。

随着AI的发展,特别是近期GPTs的涌现,有人专门开发了一个面试教练的GPTs机器人,它可以在任何时候充当你的面试教练。无论是面试产品经理,亦或是面试Java开发,或者是私域运营、用户运营,或者是更高阶一点的CTO或者财务总监,它都能胜任。

只要你告诉他你想面试的岗位,以及该岗位的大致要求,它就可以模拟面试官给你出具相应的面试题,你可以一个一个回复,也可以一次性回复。这样一来,相当于有面试官跟你陪练,你就积累一次次的面试经验了,等到一旦遇到心仪岗位的时候,就事半功倍了。
